Meet Dean Chandler

Hi, I'm Dean.

I have spent most of my working life involved in helping people stay safe.

Since establishing ‘Allsafe’ in 2003 I have been working with a range of organisations both in the public and private sector, training their staff on communication and safety skills to assist them in keeping safe when exposed to difficult, or threatening customer situations.

Working in partnership with these organisations we have developed robust staff safety and security strategies, then delivered training programmes to ensure the safety of staff from incidents of violence.

I hold the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, the NZ ICAM Investigations Qualification; plus I'm also a member of the NZ Institute of Safety Management and an Associate Member of the New Zealand Security Association.

With my background, qualifications and experience, I have a very good understanding of what is required to help keep your important people safe at work.
